Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your inspection at no charge up to 8 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

If Knoxville Home Inspections needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and no fee will apply.

Refund Policy

Because a home inspection is a professional service that is fully delivered at the time of the appointment, no refunds are issued once the inspection has been performed and the report has been delivered.

If your inspection is canceled by Knoxville Home Inspections, any payment already collected will be refunded in full.

If you believe there is an error in your report, please contact us and we will review it promptly.

Annual Checkup Program

The Annual Checkup Program is a recurring service billed annually. You may cancel at any time by calling our office at (865) 816-4084.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Payment

Payment is due upon the inspector's arrival at the property. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.

Pricing is provided upfront through our online quote tool or by phone. The quoted price is the price you pay - no hidden fees.

Promotional Offers

Realtor Appreciation Program: Clients referred by a participating real estate agent receive $25 off their home inspection and $25 off the Annual Checkup Program. The agent must be enrolled in the program at the time of booking. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.

Annual Checkup - 2nd Visit FREE: When the Annual Checkup Program is added at the time of your home inspection, the second checkup visit is included at no charge. Standard annual pricing applies from the third visit onward.
